Kelly Cooley

Kelly Cooley brings over 20 years of diversified experience in accounting and financial operations in e-commerce and retail, working for both publicly held industry leaders and small private companies.

She began her career in public accounting and subsequently gained experience in internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and corporate accounting for a large public company. Over the past 10 years, Kelly has served as a Controller for two privately held e-commerce retail companies, where she was responsible for the accounting function, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliation, cash-flow management, forecasting/budgeting, payroll processing, and administration of 401k plans.

Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA from Xavier University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, golfing, exercising, traveling, and especially watching her two daughters play soccer.
