Chaz Nichols brings over 15 years of experience managing all aspects of finance, along with initiating and implementing process and structure to improve productivity, performance and profitability. He excels at identifying efficiencies – in cost, time, productivity and performance – and determining how to translate that to growth.

He received his Bachelor’s in Accounting at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 2008. Prior to joining TP4 Advisors, he was a Controller for MiQ Partners, fka TSS Technologies, a full service operation for clients needing best in class automation services and innovative design and manufacturing solutions.
