Dan Littman

Dan brings over 30 years of Finance and Accounting experience to TP4. He has worked in various industries, including real estate management and development, financial services, medical devices, manufacturing, distribution, and retail. Additionally, Dan spent 10 years at an international public accounting firm, primarily serving privately owned businesses.

He has served as the CFO of three mid-market enterprises, bringing structure and meaningful reporting to each organization. He often says he "brings order to chaos".

Dan has worked under various ownership structures, including large public corporations, private equity, venture capital-backed, and privately owned companies. He has been involved in both business acquisitions and the sale of businesses, with experience in analysis, negotiation, due diligence, and subsequent transition and integration.

A CPA and a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Dan resides in Cincinnati with his wife, Susan, and their three children.
