Kelly Cooley brings over 20 years of diversified experience in accounting and financial operations in ecommerce and retail for publicly held industry leaders and small private companies.

She began her career in public accounting and subsequently gained experience in internal audit, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and corporate accounting for a large public company. In the past 10 years, Kelly has been a Controller for two privately held ecommerce retail companies, where she was responsible for the accounting function including financial statement preparation, account reconciliation and cash-flow management, as well as forecasting/budgeting, payroll processing and administration of the 401k plans.

Kelly earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Michigan State University and an MBA from Xavier University. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, golfing, exercising, traveling, and especially watching her 2 daughters play soccer.
