Kim Wells

Kim has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of accounting roles, including A/P, A/R, financial statement review and preparation, auditing, cash flow, and tax. Her passion lies in working with small business owners, relieving them of the role of “accountant” so they are free to grow and develop their businesses. Her goal is to provide them with the financial tools they need to be successful and informed. Kim also enjoys developing processes and procedures to assist companies in maintaining a smooth financial process.

She cherishes spending time with her husband, Steve, and daughters, Elise and Amelia. Elise is an equestrian, and Kim enjoys playing the part of “groom” when Elise goes to horse shows. Amelia is a Thespian involved in theater, and Kim enjoys attending programs Amelia performs in. Kim loves to travel anywhere. Additionally, she enjoys spending time in southern Ohio, relishing the tranquility of her family cabin.
