Susan Purnell

Bringing with her over 30 years of public and private accounting experience, Susan is excited to be a part of the TP4 Advisors team. Her most recent work, before joining TP4 Advisors, was at a multi-location autobody repair company where she worked closely with the General Manager on all aspects of daily accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger analysis and review.

Susan worked for 17 years at Dean Dorton, a large local accounting firm. Staffed in its Client Accounting and Payroll division, she was responsible for managing numerous clients' daily accounting, including all aspects of the general ledger. She collaborated with clients in various industries such as Equine, Liquor, Agriculture, Medical, and Legal.

Additionally, Susan owns a small bookkeeping business where she provides personal accounting services to clients.

Lexington has been Susan’s home for most of her life. She and her husband have four grown children and four grandchildren. Most of her free time is spent with family and friends. The couple are avid travelers, both domestically and abroad.
