Thomas brings over 25 years of experience in Business Development and Operational leadership as CEO, COO and President of multiple private and publicly traded manufacturing companies as well as successfully leading multiple mergers and acquisitions from the buy/sell side.

Thomas has a broad business acumen and deep understanding in building and leveraging relationships to transform vision into reality. He has successfully developed and grown company revenues from $2,000,000 to $70,000,000 annually. These businesses’ successes were developed from identifying and establishing Fortune 100 customers in the aerospace, automotive, defense, consumer products, material handling, agriculture, manufacturing automation, and steel industries.

He is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, he lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife and two children. He enjoys volunteering with his church and playing golf/tennis with his family.
