Thomas brings over 25 years of experience in Business Development and Operational leadership, having served as CEO, COO, and President of multiple private and publicly traded manufacturing companies. He has successfully led numerous mergers and acquisitions from both the buy and sell sides.
Thomas possesses broad business acumen and a deep understanding of building and leveraging relationships to turn vision into reality. He has effectively developed and grown company revenues from $2,000,000 to $70,000,000 annually. These businesses’ successes stemmed from identifying and establishing Fortune 100 customers in industries such as aerospace, automotive, defense, consumer products, material handling, agriculture, manufacturing automation, and steel.
A graduate of the University of Kentucky, Thomas resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, with his wife and two children. He enjoys volunteering with his church and playing golf and tennis with his family.
