Sally Hauser brings over 25 years of Accounting experience in construction and real estate accounting to TP4. She has worked in a variety of roles including Project Accountant, Senior Property Accountant, and Controller.

Sally has extensive experience in developing and implementing financial statements, processes and controls that significantly improved departmental operations. Strengths include general ledger, financial statements, budgeting, treasury-management, report-writing, software implementation, cost segregation reporting, and internal-reporting.

Sally has 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. Sally and Ron split their time between their houses in Florence KY and Wilmington OH. In their spare time they enjoy traveling, hiking, live music, and the great outdoors.
