Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions including assistance with issues, resolutions of disputes with vendors, creating and approving check runs, and posting transactions.

Complete monthly bank reconciliations

Scanning and attaching invoices into accounting software.

Filing of various documents (I.E. Invoices, Legal docs etc.)

Vendor Management- process necessary required docs for on-boarding of new vendors.

Ability to run and export ad-hoc reports into Excel out of accounting system as directed.

5+ Years of successful accounting/bookkeeping experience.

5+ Years of Quickbooks Desktop Software experience a must.

Rent Manager Software experience helpful

Increase/understand the business value and value drivers

Relationship management with the Bank, CPA, Attorney and Board

Experience working with businesses less than $20 million in revenue

20 + years management level experience
