Qualifications
Associates Degree
QuickBooks: 5 years (Required)
Bookkeeping: 5 years (Required)
Job Duties
Perform Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions including assistance with issues, resolutions of disputes with vendors, creating and approving check runs, and posting transactions.
Complete monthly bank reconciliations
Scanning and attaching invoices into accounting software.
Filing of various documents (I.E. Invoices, Legal docs etc.)
Vendor Management- process necessary required docs for on-boarding of new vendors.
Ability to run and export ad-hoc reports into Excel out of accounting system as directed.
